Passionate about transforming architectural visions into reality, Bradley leads our team of skilled professionals at White Oak Commercial Group, specializing in commercial construction projects. With a proven track record of delivering high-quality results with the use of technology, he brings expertise in project management, budgeting, and client satisfaction to every endeavor.
Bradley has 40+ years of experience managing commercial projects, as well as owning an insurance agency, a custom home building company, and a mortgage company. His skills include, but are not limited to, blueprint reading, layout design, time and personnel management, estimating, certified payroll, AIA document management, and handling RFI’s and change orders. His safety training includes working with industry leaders like Dow Chemical, Roche Diagnostics, Eli Lilly, and IPS making him proficient with the Procore System for streamlined project management.

Norm Cridlin brings to the team 20 years of experience as a land surveyor and civil engineer, with a combined total of more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Construction projects range from site development and acquisition through finished construction build-out. Projects include 1000 lot subdivisions, 50–100-acre commercial sites, commercial buildings including but not limited to Menards, Meijer, warehouse and multi-unit strip centers, apartment buildings up to 17 stories, and custom homes. Norm has been employed with WOCGRP for the past 3 years. The primary customer base included academic facilities, apartment complexes, hotels, restaurants, and student housing buildings
